Found the Driver for LightWave USB 2.0 TV/AV Combo LW-UTV

     

After searching for hours, I finally found the driver for LightWave USB TV/AV Combo LW-UTV driver. There is not a single link for this tv card driver. I am sharing the driver here as a source.
